The staff was warm and kind, which really stood out for me. My room was spacious and super clean. It was just a quick 15-minute walk to the city center. I also enjoyed the convenience of nearby supermarkets and restaurants 😊

Relaxing and fairly clean hotel, the staff who served us were excellent, and it had convenient location in everything we need. Superior queen room was functional and huge had hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows...

The room was extremely spacious, air-conditioned and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel was clean and had new-fashioned rooms. The staff were pretty friendly and supper friendly and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge. Truly enjoyed a quiet vibe. Location: the venue was close to the main city square which is perfect, the tourist area and many attractions. And it's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Mase, ate there once or twice. I came here for 2 nights and had a real good stay...

besides, the location was good for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of national bank of albania. the room was modern, functional with down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows.

Convenient base for exploring Tirana

The location is perfect for tourists, just a 15 min walk from the city center. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

I faced a minor issue with the cleanliness standards. The room was not serviced properly , with towels sometimes not replaced .

Room service entered my room despite 'do not disturb'.

Central location, clean room, good WiFi

The hotel needs to fix its check-in process-it should never take an hour!!! The receptionist pretended that rooms were unavailable to push a lesser option!!!

The spacious standard queen room was equipped with a comfortable bed and offered an amazing view. The friendly staff at the reception, providing helpful assistance. Finding the hotel was quite challenging, as many taxi drivers were unfamiliar with the location. The room lacked basic amenities like towels and bottled water .

The reception staff were super welcoming and the breakfast had plenty of tasty options to satisfy my morning cravings. I enjoyed the relaxing vibes at the outdoor swimming pool and also appreciated the cozy atmosphere of the leisure room. My only small hiccup was some noise from the street, but it didn't ruin the overall enjoyment. 😊

Had a fine view from my room, amazing! The breakfast on the 12th floor was good with kind staff always ready to assist.

Though it wasn't exactly cheap, it was still within acceptable limits.

I had a pretty decent experience here. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. Check-in took much longer than it should have due to a mini-bar check.
